LSU hires coaches from smaller universities that are not flagship state school in which the HC has been somewhat successful at.
This has been the trend for the last four coaches. When the time comes for LSU to hire a new HC, I would assume they will look for the guy who fits this mold.

I laughed at this at first, but I think LSU fans would love him as a coach because of his style of D. He's gonna get a shot somewhere else and be a stud. Risky move for us, but it would have a ton of potential upside. Plus, it's a majority black game, and I'd love to see what the positive affects hiring a black coach would be.
