1- Lacks leadership
2- Lacks motivation
3- Lacks sense of urgency
4- Poor scrambler
5- Makes bad decisions under pressure (INT's)- not too accurate

Please put this guy as 3rd string QB. I knew when JJ was hurt that did Lee was not even going to compete and lead his team to a victory.

how do you know this, because of the looks on his face, Eli has/had the same facial expressions and is one of the best QB in the NFL

he is still the 2nd best qb, on the team

If people are saying Lee should start over JJ dont take them seriously because they are either retarded or joking around with you. Of course JJ should start but he was hurt so our next best option is Lee

then you need to find another school to support...or go turn in your QB coaching resume to Skip or Les

How can he scramble when Hitt's guy is flying at him after putting Hitt on his arse?

Great point, did you see the way that after he completed the 3rd and 27 pass to set up 4th and 5 that he made the RT flinch before the snap so that it would negate the 4th down completion that would have given LSU a first down inside the Bama 20 yard line.

Lee started out okay, but did not play well in the 4th quarter, after LSU ran 3 straight plays to go 3 and out when they had a 15-10 lead.

Palomitz, you are a loser to bash a kid for having the audacity to try and play QB at LSU.

Let's start a hate thread on our 2nd string quarterback because he had to come in in the 2nd half of a huge game against one of the best defenses in the nation and try to pull out a win in an extremely hostile stadium.

Yea when Scott went out we were in big trouble. Scott lead us down the field for the td drive and it was a major blow when he went down.

Ummmmmm, Try high school all-american, all-everything, RS.....who can escape bad blocking and is not a statue back there.......

Does everyone forget, he is a quarterback, the kid can throw and has pretty good leadership skills for a freshman.....

It also seems to me that the players on the field love him. Everytime he has a decent run, he gets dogpiled by his teammates......just a thought.

I'm not going to bash JL. The kid was put into just about as tough a situation as you can imagine. I will say, however, that I think yesterday's game should put the JJ vs. JL debate to bed. JJ is just a better quarterback.

please STFU. Last night had nothing to do with J Lee. He played as good as Jefferson did. 4/9 for 44 yards was not bad and is better than any other backup would do against a NS defense. His interception was on 4th and a mile and he had to throw it so you can't put that on him. We don't need people bashing players that give their all everyday!

I would bet my house that you started jerking off when Lee got in the game. And by the way
quote:

5- He didnt yesterday. The one interception was on 4th and 15. Yeah your right, he probably should have thrown the ball away because obviously the game wasnt on the line.

He threw a pick-6 that was dropped the pass before that. It's almost like if he can't throw an interception on the first few tries, he keeps throwing them RIGHT at the defenders until he's successful. It's not like his picks are big plays by the defenders, he literally threw the fricking ball right into the DB's hands.

He can only run back there that is a problem. He can't read defenses yet at all so he will not stand a chance back there. Hopefully next year he can pick up on it

I'd rather see Shepard out there running the ball than Lee throwing the ball. Neither situation is optimal but Shepard is actually good at what he does. I don't dislike Jarrett Lee but I do dislike seeing him in at quarterback.
