LSU doesn't campaign. There's too many horses in the stable for it to take off anyway.

No, but he was unproven coming into last season. Now he's a senior coming off of a 1,000 yard season. Just wondering if there would be any hype.

He was on a couple of watch lists before UF game. I remember SI had him up to #6, I believe. It will be insanely hard for anybody to stand out with so many playmakers on our team. I think Lafell or Scott will have the best chance.

But this is the 10th anniversary since the last REAL runningback won the Heisman, Ron Dayne, just sayin...

and no Reggie Bush was not a real runningback

I love speculating about next season, its the only thing that gets me through the offseason.

Ill just put on the P&G Glasses and say Hell Yeah he has a shot at the Heisman!

but i do think itll hurt his chances if he sees significant time at fullback. Also, Tebow and Bradford will undoubtedly be on everyone's radar come voting time.

I think he should definetly be on some watch lists. He's got potential for 1,500 yards and 20 touchdowns.

So now we blame Lee for Scott not winning the Heisman......Well I guess if it weren't for idiots everybody would be smart

You can't blame him for not winning the heisman, but you can blame him for his waning numbers as the season went along last year

We can blame Lee for this???? The only games where Scott had less than 20 carries when Lee played were Florida, Tulane, and S. Carolina.....Florida we were down by 21 in the first quarter probably had a decent amount to do with Lee but more to do with the defense for that game, S. Carolina we won and Lee played well if I'm not mistaken, and Tulane he had like 130 yds on 12 carries or so and was probably done at the half......now in the final 2 games OM and Ark where Lee played little or none is when he had very few carries....very few....which makes you wonder about play calling at Arkansas why did he only touch the ball 12 times.....but I'm sure that Lee's fault too

You do realize that a team's overall record and how good everyone plays factors in the Heisman voting right? I wish it didn't, but it does.

See Graham Harrell pre-Oklahoma game.

Oh absolutely and it is definitely a quarterbacks award to lose these days but to say that Lee had any bigger factor than any other player on that team in Scott not winning this award is IMO a ludicrous statement

Also, when the passing game goes to shite, the D starts stuffing the box to stop the run. I'm not actually a part of the "throw J. Lee under the bus posse", but your argument was pretty weak.
