Friday Night Lights Season 4

Does anyone know what the status is on Season 4, or was episode 13 of Season 3 suppose to wrap up the series?

y'all may have already talked about this but.... could somebody tell me why they are airing the same episodes that i already watched on direct tv channel 101. i love this show,but nbc is saying they are all new eposodes but i have already watched them! what's the deal??

Directv had some deal where the episodes were shown on there... so, to non DTV subscribers, yes, they are new episodes.

Right, there are three more episodes left for NBC to show. Anyone with Direc TV saw these episodes in November or December, but they were never shown on NBC.
If the show gets renewed for Season 4, I think it will be the same format. Direc TV will air the episodes in the fall, and NBC will show the same stuff in the Spring.

I hate to put a spoiler in this thread, but did anyone else think that by the way they ended Season 3 that a 4th Season would require too much TV stretching to make it all work out?

This is not a spoiler alert, but I thought the way the season ended left tons of room for next season. I actually like the direction it is headed.
