Went to the Saints game yesterday and before the game they introduced Chris Faulk to the crowd.

I was walking up the stairs to my seat(practically to the attic of the Superdome) when he walked on the field after his introduction. I heard at least 3 people say "that's a high school kid?!?!"

Looking forward to seeing him in P&G and perhaps getting his 5th star? Perhaps.

He's gonna be a monster! As far as getting his 5th star, I believe its a little too late. But I think he deserves it!

I don't think he deserves the 5th star, but he definitely earned his current ranking with the show he put on at the camp.

he still needs some work, especially with the speed rush, but he does have the potential to be a quality football player

They were actually promoting a "new orleans area" kid who was selected to be in the Army All-American game.

I have seen him play multiple times this past year and I agree with this. He is very good, but there are guys out there with a little more athletic ability and dominant play. He is great in run-blocking but even better in pass blocking. His guy never sniffed the backfield in the games I watched

From what I've heard he is one of the most well mannered kids at Northshore. He is working extremely hard and being tutored on a daily basis in order to keep his grades up.

AS far as his play on the field ......BEAST is an under statement.

im sorry but he was not a beast during the 5-6 games i attended and others who also went to the games will agree with me. if you weren't looking for him he wouldn't have stood out from any of the o-linemen with his performance. he is really good at pass blocking but is subpar at run blocking imo. those stars are based on his size (potential) and his one outstanding camp. he is justifiably a 4 star based on potential but doesn't deserve a 5th star imo. he doesn't dominate kids half his size that other players with his size and star level do. However,I can attest that he is a very well mannered person and a good athlete.

He will redshirt next year and then be a monster for 3 or 4 years. We really don't need him to contribute next year and a redshirt year will help him tremendously!!!

Yeah, I guess a should have worded that a little different. He is beastly in appearence. I do believe he could be coached up and turned into one hell of tiger.

If he does well at the AA game he will get his 5th star. A lot of people gain and lose their fifth star souly based on their performance at the game and the practices before the game.

I think his situation is a lot like Herman Johnson's was before the end of Herman's senior year/performance at the HS all-star game. Herman was very raw and in his earlier HS tapes you could see him struggle against smaller guys.

If Chris has the right attitude he will become a monster.

I don't/didn't attend any of them. My nephew is a freshman and I'm friends with a few of the teachers.
