Fulmer has already said he will listen to Clemson and that it might be a good fit.

I heard them say on the Sports Source roundtable up here in Knoxville to keep an eye on Texas A&M for Fulmer. Sherman may be out the door soon. That would be interesting.

There's no way they're buying out a 7-year contract after only one season for a shot at Fulmer

I think that Miss. St. is a reasonable guess.

it is reasonable to think he could POSSIBLY go to STATE since they are supposed to be paying over 2mill a year (according to rumors), but as a MSU fan i would be dissapointed. I know how good Fulmer's resume is, but MSU needs a young and energetic coach to turn this program around. I think at this point in his career that Fulmer may be a little burned out

That plus the quality of Little Dooey's BBQ might seal the deal.

I think it might be a better move for Fulmer to MSU than Fulmer to Clemson or even A&M. Given his recruiting contacts in the area, and the fact that the level of expectations won't be nearly as high as at UT, and he will be given a chance to get a clean start, it's something for him to consider I would think. If I was him, I'd look at it.

the only thing i would be pumped about is his recruiting ability (if he was in fact responsible for all the recruiting classes at UT)
