Toonces and Football Team on parallel trajectories???

Let me first say that I despise Toonces. I am a traditionalist, and that crappy cartoon cat is simply no match for the awesome power of the old tiger head logo.

That being said, has it not occurred to any of you that the rise to superpower status of the LSU Tiger football team over several years, and now the seemingly inevitable fall back to mediocrity (at least for now), directly parallels in trajectory the rise and fall of that stupid Toonces??? If you agree that Toonces is the source of the football team’s success, not unlike the power that Samson derived from his long hair, then you must act quickly to Save Toonces!!!
