Wondering if the coaches and players have a renewed spirit and commitment to come up with a great game plan and position the players to play at their best?.....

and, if the players seem reinvigorated to work harder on that game plan.....

seems like much of the difference between success and failure is much like other businesses....a commitment to work overtime to find solutions to re-occurring problems, practice repetitively until it's engrained in these kids, then simplify to a few "keys" so that communication is clear, then execute with full vigor.

Maybe I'm wishing, but perhaps the team will "mesh" this week, and show their best game of the year.

Pretty hard to imagine it less focused.

Just wondering if some of the students on this board who are close to some of the players and/or coaches have anything "new and different" that's come out of this last game insofar as meshing better on defensive alignments, assignments, and overall focus.

Thanks, and I'll hang up and listen!

I bet the first half against Troy was a major slap in the face for the Tigers.

They came back and showed what they were made of in the second half and I bet it carries over.

if they give the ball to scott, and let lee chunk it deep, and not over the middle...

LSU BLOWS Ole Piss away.

Sure would be great to see the boys turn this season into a real positive!!

I'm behind them 100% regardless, but hoping that this big come-from-behind win stirred up some confidence and grit that will carry over for the remaining games.

+1

I never thought I'd say it, but we perhaps we do need to keep it a little simple. That used to be my biggest complaint before Crowton...that it was the run, run, pass, punt O. JR kept things interesting though with his flicking the ball 80 yards. I think this Tiger squad needs to return to some basics...if anything, just to ease the anxiety of JL and JJ and play into their strengths. Still, I bet we throw it on 1st down.
