You'll be getting a little bitty/narrow used skiff with 11k if you're looking for a hanko or scully's.

I bought my 18 sterling flats for 9K off of LASportsman. It was a little beat up but it was nothing a little elbow grease couldnt fix. There are deals to be made right now in houma.

18 ft fiberglass with 90 yamma
