Which Talstar to use? Type? Granular? Spray?

Per the OB I'm getting talstar... it'll be for the yard as I have dugas that takes care of the other shite.
Want to get rid of the ants, spiders and other normal bugs.
I looked at the talstar products and there are several to choose from. Just need a little help on which one to get.

My pest control guy uses 2 different sprays. I know one is Talstar, but I don't know what the other one is. Works damn good IMO.
ETA: Forgot I had his inspection report in my email from him doing my quarterly spraying a few days ago.

Get Bifen on amazon way cheaper I just use a hose sprayer with the concentrate.
