Maybe you didn't have to have hunters Ed card to get it? Mine was issued in 03 and appears to be like Hat's. I couldn't remember which # was which..

back then, they didn't have numbers.

Plus, you wuz borned before 1968, so no hunter's ed required. You can get one when T-Alx turns 10.

I have two lifetime licenses (hunt/fish combo and crab trap) and instead of issuing one card with all your endorsements they send you another card with the exact same license number just a different license description. So now i have to carry two cards
