I apologize a bit since I know this has been posted before, but I am still curious about everyone's dog here.

Australian Shepherd, who whacked another copperhead this morning. She is really getting proficient at eliminating them.

A boxer seems like a fun dog to own.

Best dog I've ever owned. Probably loves me more than anyone else living in my home...

Treeing feist and a Lab. Lab is still the best breed for me.

My brother has a boxer and that is one dumb arse animal.
Not saying all boxers are dumb. I grew up with boxers and they are great dogs, but this one was born with a lot of pretty and no brains.

I'd say mine isn't the smartest dog I've owned but she's friendly, loves my kids and every time you come home its like she hasnt seen you in months.

The smartest dog I've owned was a dachshund, she was too damn smart for her own good sometimes and absolutely fearless. She was never trained but she would damn sure locate the deer you hit but couldnt find. Watching her bust into a thicket and start yapping a few minutes later only to find her scraped up an bleeding on top of your dead deer was a sight to see..

I bought my Lacy to train her to blood trail. She could careless about hunting but she is very smart and minds better than my kids.
