What does this mule deer score?

I have no idea. I took the pic as dusk a couple of nights ago with other deer. I didn't know he was that large till I was editing photos.

That's a pretty deer. I would guess around 140. I think they score them slightly different than whitetails.

You think higher? Could be. I thought they were typically scored lower than whitetails of the same quality based on Boone and Crockett system. I don't know though.

For whatever reason he reminds me more of a Whitetail than most muleys.

Not sure how they compare taste wise. They are corn feed up here, same as the whitetails. We are up here for pheasants...

They are good eating. I shot one in 2011 it was great. Does the rancher do mulie hunts?

I see it too. While not an f1, I bet there's a whitetail in the wood pile.

He's not heavy or real wide but has a nice set of front forks. I would think he's in the high 140s range.
