Me and my dad have 750 acres all to ourselves. 3200 each and comes with a camp in texas.

Hour past Brady. Outside of Menard. It is a good deal and a good ranch. Killed a 150-160in deer this year. Turkey is spotty. Good at times. Just wish it wasn't a 7.5 hr drive.

i dont know why. i hunted 44 acres and wish we had about 3-4 people to hunt it all.

I hunt 500 acres with 8 people. Never more than 4 or 5 of us out there all at once. Plenty of room. $500

My mother in law has 300 acres that 7 people hunt for 1200 a year.

Friend of mine is making a deal for 1600 acres right now South Mississippi. Just north of I-10.
He cam back with the numbers this past week to me. $2400

Better get more members if he wants me to get in on this. Would be a whole lot closer but not 2000 dollars closer

I guess once my kids get a little older I can look into finding something more affordable farther away and I can bring them for the weekends

Normally once during bow season. Once during thanksgiving holidays. Once around Christmas. Then one turkey trip in the spring.
