ended up with 50ish mangrove snapper, 2 cobia, a 40lb Warsaw, a couple scamp and some tile fish.

Damn that is a solid box of fish. how deep were the tiles? They on a drop off or a rig/wreck?

They were pretty much all caught at rigs in around 400' I'm pretty sure. Maybe one was caught deep dropping in 6-900'

fished Cocodrie some this weekend, didn't catch a damn thing.

Going next week. Hope to have better luck than that but my guide ( dad) doesn't sound very optimistic

ahh the struggles of not knowing how to find fish. i claim to be really good at literally fishing, like casting a pole, playing the bait, reeling, etc. but finding them simply alludes me.

Fished Cocodrie solo on Thursday. ended up with 20 trout. Very windy but still managed. Worked on the camp Sunday. I saw birds diving constantly from last isle to moss bay. If you are looking to have some fun with the youngins, now is the time. It was crazy the amount of fish. Moss bay, bay st Elaine area

Thursday Friday went to buddy's camp off Blind River...
Drank and cooked...ran some lines...good time...
Saturday yard work...
Sunday morning early went to Henderson...caught 14 or so bass...two 4 lb'ers and some monster google eye...released all...
watermelon red space monkeys early then humdinger blue white chartreuse spinnerbait later on...
bite shut down by 9am...

I carry a gopro all the time but usually get caught up in fishing and almost never turn it on...

All on big top water baits. Small fish can't hold on.

Id go back and catch them this weekend but I don't think they allow fishing poles at tarpon rodeo
