Warehouse Rental for a couple boats in BR?

Know anyone that might want to rent some warehouse space for a couple bay boats?

Maybe so... but I like working on/tweaking my boat, so having it close by makes me happy.
But yea, ideal would be Prairieville/Gonzales/Industriplex etc.
Currently have one bay boat in a storage bldg, that my friend may take possession of, and if that happens, I'll need a bigger one... and just seems there's gotta be a better answer than 2 storage units...

How much space u looking for? Got a 25x60 warehouse in Gonzales. Has water, power, & bathroom. I get $1200/mo for it so it may be more than u need as just boat storage. It's usually rents to people who operate a small business and need some storage.

Thanks Wilson, your place is no doubt nicer than 2 storage units, but the price is a little more also.
