Found this dog running down oak st near selu. I can't keep him and there is no info on his collar. I have posted on our neighborhood Facebook and on lost dogs of tangi. I really can't keep him for very long because of my other dogs, so if anyone would be willing to take him that would be great.
This was the collar contraption he looks like he chewed through. It doesn't look like he gets much attention.

Have you taken to a vet to see if he is microchipped? His poor shape could be that he has been lost for a while.

There was a collared GSP and mutt in my mom's yard a year or so ago. I called the owner, and he didn't give a shite they had run about two miles through Metairie. Wouldn't even leave work to come get them. Had to actually look up his parents in the phone book to get someone pick them up. Didn't even say thanks

Well, post on FB for a Good Samaritan to come get him. He looks healthy and friendly. Oh, get Lamisil pills for those big toe toenails bruh before they get real fuglee!

Just an update, dog is still here. No one has claimed him. I really don't want to bring him to the pound and I can't keep him. So if anyone wants him I can drive and meet pretty much anywhere within an hour of Hammond.

There are a shite ton of rescue organizations down here in New Orleans that have adoption days all of the time. Might be worth a phone call instead of the pound

Agree with this...very easy to find a good organization to take him. Pound should be a last resort.

Damn that guy in the OT thread sounded like he really wanted him. Hopefully he comes through. If my yard was fenced I would seriously consider it
