I was looking at either that one or the Ascend FS128T. I want something I can hunt, fish, and bow fish from. Please report back with stability.

I picked up mine the other day. This is Belle:

She comes fully loaded with horns and wall to wall carpeting for comfort. Paint is fading a bit but overall still a work horse.

Indeed. I ended up doing something less awesome and much easier than I initially planned though
That Home Depot tote fit the tank well behind the seat perfectly

I have the same one as op. You CAN stand in it and fish. It's still not quite as stable as the Natives and Hobies. I surely wouldn't suggest trying to bow fish from it. I haven't tested the 128, but the are the same mold, the 128 is just bigger. I'd imagine it'll be quite a bit more stable.

I am a big guy though. 6' - 260. So it may just be because I'm a fatass that it isn't that stable.

You have sat in it and pretended to paddle around while in your house, haven't you? Admit it.

Looks good. I'm leaving Lafayette after work to go pick mine up this evening. Any tips/suggestions?

I am the same as you brother, hence why I was looking at the 128T

I do it all the time. Practice getting the rods in and out of the rod holders, practice putting fish into the fish bag, etc.

Looks good, but I hope you weren't one of the ones giving me shite about bringing 5 poles on my yak in a thread last year.

Probably a safe bet then.

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE my 12T, but a 128 wouldn't be a bad idea if you want to stand a lot.

badass

I can stand in my 12' heritage angler from academy and fish perfectly fine (even in a pretty good wind) but I'm also 6'2 185 and only 20 years old
