I did it for three years with no problems. Just spray it off with a hose after every year and spray the connections with contact cleaner once a year or so.

I've been submerging it in a tub full of freshwater and running it for a minute or so after each use.

How does that 350 pull that flat boat? I've been thinking about getting a jet ski, and need something to pull it a couple of times a year

Thanks guys, that's what I figured. Told him about the garbage can idea, just fill it up and run it in that for a few minutes to flush. But just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything.

To arse whining about the surface drive, he will be using it to hunt also. Secondly, why the hell do you care that "10 boats that drove past me" are loud? You don't seem to whine about the guy that mows your yard or your neighbors yard, and they're running the same engine.

Is this sarcasm? If so, stick it up your arse. I've also got a JD 650, JD 5065E, and a Komatsu PC 60. But if wanted to pull my kids tricycle with a F-350, what's it to you?

he was kidding man, thought it was pretty funny myself lol.

Pretty sure it was related to the hundreds of
"Can I pull my new 57 foot camper with a single cab Tacoma" threads that are made

Whoever it was whining, send me your address, I'll mail you some ear plugs. In fact, I'll even send you the surefire ones they sell at academy for 12 bucks, and if your not satisfied (which he won't be) I'll even pay the shipping back to me.
