1.5 yrs. been in the water 4 times. damn work below is the lowrance until installed on the yaktrax mount (elite 5 unit)

ETA: i have e a lot more than 4K in it.

Not saying it's not worth it. Just saying, as much as I like yak fishing, I don't think I'd invest that much in a rig unless I just had money to burn.

Agreed, I'm looking to get into yak fishing as a low budget, low maintainence means to get on the water to do some fishing. I'd just buy a boat that propels itself for that much.
