Anchor line some dipshit forgot to tie off to his boat before throwing out anchor.

Guilty, in my defense I tie the line off but, didn't tie the anchor line to the other line.

That's called a drift line.

Not laughing at you but the look on the dipshit's face while his anchor is airborne.

I took off once while anchor down. The line stretch propelled the damn thing through the air and almost reached the rear of the boat. Scared the shite out of us.

I've developed a pretty good skill at getting my decoy string wrapped up picking up decoys.

Picked up a crab trap line 25 miles from the ramp which resulted in a spun hub. If you don't carry a spare prop, you're doing it wrong.
Someone strung a cable just below the surface across a canal in PAC a few years ago, I smoked it doing about 25 mph. Might as well have been a Limpet mine. My skiff runs pretty shallow. It was pretty clear he was targeting shallow draft boats.
Picked up a ice bag and cooked the power head on one of the outboards on the big boat.
I hit something in bayou barre that tore off the skeg and bent my prop to shite. Never could figure out what it was.

Crab traps
This is the most common excuse for outlaws stealing crabs.

recently in the marsh:
a tent complete with tent poles
a tarp
crab trap
ice bags
I've torn off multiple skegs including the housing of the bottom of the LU and sheared a propshaft and lost prop

Caught a trawl or a paupiere net a couple months ago by myself, freezing cold and at night in PAC.
All I had to cut with was a flat head screwdriver.

Only time I've done it I was around 13 and dad let me take his boat as long as I stayed in White Rock Creek at Lake Livingston and I hit something just below the surface and knocked the skeg off the lower unit I wasn't allowed to use the boat again until I was 18
