If you want a laugh, just watch this video and then read the comments. The dude is getting dismembered.

The Remington RP9 is not a POS

I was really hoping Remington would finally salvage their image of having horrible quality control. But once again, they churn out a POS that won't feed 124gr BALL ammo. Did you hear me say ball ammo? That's a serious problem and a complete deal breaker for me.

At least the up side of this gun is that it may not just explode in your hands and kill you like the R51.

EDIT: Here are reviews from Military Arms Channel that are much more realistic:

RP9 #1

RP9 #2

Little known fact, that was the Remington marketing department's initial tagline for the pistol.

Would not surprise me if that guy shoots his hand one day.

I just don't see how a company that size can put out a product that they have thoroughly tested.

Just amazing.

Wouldn't surprise me honestly. Besides copying the 1911 design from JMB, they've never seemed to make a quality handgun from scratch. I don't see how they couldn't put just a little more R&D behind this one to make it good. Just their style it seems...
