HEy guys. I'm planning on joining a club to learn more about this type of fishing. I know about BCKFC, but recently learned about LKFC. I'm in BR right now but am origionally from Lafayette, and want to move back after I graduate. Can someone recommend one over the other?

Thanks.

it depends on what you are looking for. BCKFC is more competitive and tournament oriented than the Lafayette club from what I hear (I'm only a member of BCKFC) and is about 3-4 times the size with over 300 members. I say join both, no way could it hurt.

Didn't want to start a thread just for this, so I thought I'd bump one people would look at. Where can you buy paracord around Baton Rouge, I work at the corner of Airline and Sherwood so somewhere close to that is preferable.

I don't think they're ghey, just seems like if you got sand down in there, that'd be quite irritating.

I go barefoot most of the time and throw some flip flops in the back storage.
