The Jackson FD will have the option to switch from foot pedal system to an electric system by just switching the mount. You won't have to add a trolling motor!

Native Titan I think I'm going to sell both of my kayaks and some stocks. I really really want this thing.
My order is place, I should take delivery of one of these bad boys in the "copperhead" color on the 26th of this month!

$3,250 plus tax.
I am going to be rigging mine up with the Boonedox Landing gear so the wheels will always be mounted and handy to help with the weight.

Guys with trucks and big yaks; how do you haul your kayaks?
I just bought an F150 and have to figure out a way to haul a 94 pound 13.5' kayak. Found a few bed extenders, one as low as $68 made by a company called titan. Any recommendations here for a cheap rig that isn't going to tear up after a few trips?

What all does that involve? Like, what are your responsibilities and what are the benefits?
I thought the name was familiar while I was looking through the website yesterday. Then it hit me.

If it's one kayak, it goes in the bed of my truck with a bed extender. If multiple, I have a little harbor freight trailer I use.
I have a bed extender from harbor freight, it's about what you can expect out of anything from harbor freight though...it was cheap but I can tell that its starting to bend some over the years.

I need that trailer.
$2,200ish from a place called Tennessee Trailers. I haven't seen it in person yet but it does look nice. I was interested in one until I heard the price, seems on the high end to me but I'm no trailer expert.

I really think I am going to look for a double PWC trailer, then find a way to strap on the third boat.

I haul one, sometimes two, 14'(well one is 14.5') kayaks in the bed of my F250 with no extender but I hear the Harbor Freight ones are decent enough. If it's one of the little short bed F150s I'd get an extender.

Agreed, copperhead is the color I originally wanted for my Slayer 14.5 and has always been my favorite Native color combo. I demoed one, drove to Pack and Paddle to buy one and they were out. They were in between the 2013 and 2014 models being shipped and told them I wanted to first copperhead they got. A short time later a guy in BR posted a hidden oak 14.5 and I bought it for $1050. I was willing to sacrifice color for a ~$500 savings.
