stainless...yeah the used nickel and blued can be found for $1500...no box, papers, etc.

nope, didn't get a steal, but according to the prices for stainless colt pythons on a multitude of sites, etc...I didn't get taken either...the stainless ones regularly go for above 3.

WOW! I remember I was going to buy a new one from an FFL holder in Gueydan back in the 80's. IIRC it was a little less than $700.
