Talon Grips vs. sand paper grips

Has anybody used either of these, and if so would you suggest them? Everything Iv read has said they're great, but just wanted to get the OB's approval. Also, for those of you who have used them, should I order the talon of just get my grip stippled?

I've got the talon rubberized on my cc weapon and I've got the sand paper style on my full size range/target pistol. I like the rubberized a little better honestly.

Alright, do you know anything about there new grip? I'm guessing it's a mix between the rubber and sand paper?
My main concern with the rubber is it getting slippery if my hands sweat after shooting for a while

Obviously, if you plan on concealed carry, the sandpaper would be a slight problem.

I've got talon rubber grips on damn near everything I've got. Couldn't do the sand paper ones

I got the Talin sandpaper grips. Like them but I don't CC. They didn't have the rubber ones when I got mine, but would like to try them.

I use Talon rubber and Tractiongrips rubber. Neither lasts very long (maybe 2500 rounds) on my range gun (grips don't stay in place). But the Talon (rubber) on my range gun holds up well (cause I don't shoot it too often).
I may revert back to rubber Decal Grips. I used them for years before Talon hit the market -- the adhesive is stronger, and they pretty much provide the same grip as the Talon grips do.

I don't see anything but the rubberized or granulate on the site. I'd go with the rubberized given the choice again.

I actually stipple the grip on my AR. It feels so much better. And I won't have to replace it over time.

Don't think you have worry bout that. I have it on my Glock model 21. And never have issues even with my hands sweating

I've got them on all my carry guns. Love them

I wouldn't suggest the granulate (sand paperish) texture for a carry gun. You have to think about how it's gonna be carried - if it's in your waistband that thing is going to be sanding your skin all day!
I have the rubberized grips on my Kahr CM9, which I carry occasionally, and just recently I put a set on my FNS9. That gun felt like a damn cheese grater until putting the grips on. It feels 100 times more shootable now. Some people like the grip to be super aggressive but I'm not a fan. Talon Grips solved that issue.
I think Talon Grips are very high quality and have a great adhesive. The grip set comes with some alcohol wipes to clean the grip before sticking them on. Then you take a hair drier or heat gun and push the grip into place with some force once it gets hot. Then the glue is settled, the grips are contoured to all the nooks and crannies, and it feels great. You can't go wrong with them.
