Has anyone ever seen T1-11 that is 5/8" or 3/4" thick? I saw this was used quite a bit for home construction in Alaska to give additional shear strength for earthquakes.

I've only ever seen thin stuff down in TX/LA.

You should be able to find 1/2". To make it last, paint the unfinish side before hanging it.

As far as I know they only make 3/8 or 5/8. You can find it treated if you think you need that.

I built the shed/garage at my old house in Mid City NOLA with T1-11 in 5/8 pressure treated. I liked the look and it was strong enough for around here.
