Not a bad idea honestly, on our farm north of Natchez the there are so many deer avoiding the water they are a PITA.
Last weekend every single family member and guest (22 people) killed at least one nice buck, and by nice I mean 130+. It is like shooting cows in a pasture right now.

Does this include woodville?

I wouldn't think this would affect the Kingston area huh?

It's not that difficult....
West of Hwy 61=closing
East of Hwy 61=remaining open
Kingston area is east of 61so.....
At the close of legal shooting hours on Sunday, Jan. 17, all hunting, including wild hog, with the exception of waterfowl, will cease: * from Vicksburg south to Port Gibson, west of U.S. Highway 61. * from Port Gibson south to U.S. Highway 84 in Natchez, west of the Natchez Trace * from Natchez, south to the state line, west of U.S. Highway 61.

That's nuts.
I'm assuming most of those deer got pushed off of Gerald Boelte's land. IIRC, the locals weren't too happy with him buying up all their hunting clubs. Guess those people are getting a little redemption.

22+ 130" bucks? I'm not saying you're full of shite, but you should definitely post some pics.

Very close but not exactly, cant get any more descriptive without outing myself IRL.
I will say Boelte still has pockets in his holdings owned by locals, been there all my life.

If you really know the area there is enough in this thread on here already to suggest otherwise.

I am at work right now, never posted any pics before but will try to sort it out this evening. Two of them were very nice.
