Surf fishing in grand isle

Going surf fishing tomorrow in grande isle. Anyone been recently and had any success and on any certain bait? Probably gonna be using live shrimp and haven't decided if to go to the state park or stay closer to bridge side

We caught some nice ones between the fifth and sixth rock jetties late Saturday evening.

been killing it on the beach. Live shrimp is of course gonna be the best, but when they are on you can throw anything at them.
