I would give it a 6. May be evening a 5, but learning to do glass work will set one back some. Grinding sucks and oh the itch.

A heavy built boat like this, there is no need to build a frame to keep the hull right. Newer boats, one must build a support frame before ripping out everything due to thin glass. If one doesn't, there will be a very good chance of having a hook in the bottom.
