Deer roast, Lima beans, and rice & gravy.

Been cooking deer almost daily trying to make doom for this year's massacre.

Had a fun ride home today. Glad I decided to take the scenic route instead of the Causeway. Driver front tire let go at 90mph. Went into the grass in the center and was able to get it corrected and get to the emergency lane. Then, some a-hole in a F150 came over the drunk bumps while I was laying on the ground placing the jack. I rolled underneath the truck and he didn't hit me.

Is that the chicken and pepper jack sausage from Butcher Block? That is the best sausage I've ever eaten.

I doubt it. It is very stable and pretty much has to be shot to detonate by a centerfire rifle. Any tannerite found is likely a lie or speaks to the inexperience of the bomber. I guess it could be possible that a bomb could detonate tannerite, but it's also possible it could just spread it around like LeBron James and baby powder. Plus, if you figured out how to make a legit explosive for a bomb why even invlove tannerite.

You have to hit tannerite with something going really fast like a bullet, so a mini explosion would be needed to make them explode

I was driving on the interstate. Came from 1077 going 85-90, and it blew between Robert and Airport Rd. That was after my truck was sitting for a few hours and I took only right turns getting to the interstate (except for entrance ramp.

Idk what happened. Gonna email them tonight with pics

What's the speed rating on that tire and how far did you travel? I wouldn't be surprised if 90mph is over or just under the speed rating on a mud/off-road/hybrid type tire. I could be way off since I'm not a big vehicle mod type of guy and know virtually nothing about the tire game. I look at a speed rating as the top end of what the tire is capable of since so many other factors outside of a controlled test by the manufacturer can affect it. Things like under inflation, load, alignment, duration of speed, wear, dirving conditions etc. can lower the speed rating.

I believe it's 105. I had them running between 90 and 110 for I guess 13hrs straight between San Diego and El Paso a while back. Tread separation seems like it would happen if speed were a factor.

I actually rotated them two weeks ago and checked them all out when I did. It's gotta be a defect in my mind. Unless the tire monster jumped out and stabbed them while I was driving

Judging from your driving characteristics I now think it is totally related to the speed rating of the tire and the tire not being designed for the application it is being submitted to. The speed rating is not so much about how fast you are moving causing the tire to fall apart. It is about the heat generated and sustained by the tire from moving that fast. Again, this is affected by unlimited variables and unique to each application which the tire is used and could cause the actual rating to be lower. The speed rating should be a maximum. Over exposure creates defects and continued over exposure ensures failure.

I would still contact Mikey Thompson and see if they would replace it since it could have been a bad tire. Either way I would replace the other 3 since they are now suspect considering the conditions they have been operated in. Lastly, I would seriously consider changing the negligent way you operate your vehicle while on public roads.
