Storing gun in truck ceiling compartment

Have had my Glock in ceiling past few days and it gets hotter n shite in that compartment cause its rite under cab roof
Is it Too hot for it, not good ? Gun gonna melt ? Ccomposite plastic frame

I roll with my Sig in all different locations in the truck. It won't get to hot in there for it.

It's a glock, it will be fine. Any other pistola and I'd be concerned.

Put a yeti sticker on the ceiling and it will stay cool
