Picked up my deer meat from processor today.

Edited. Didnt realize dudes number was there. Sorry for the mistake

Could someone please tell me who the frick skull mounts a 153 1/4?

Before any naysayers jump in I will add this pic does it absolutely no justice. Mass everywhere, probably 22" or more inside , just a beast.

And skull mounted it......

In your local hipster bar, yes. I have noticed that decor is popular there.

Full mounts go much better with faux wood paneling and miller, amirite?

Bruh, that would be like you mounting your ducks with just the beak and breast plate

Don't get me wrong...it's gorgeous.

I just can't for the life of me imagine taking a deer of that quality and not shoulder mounting him.

Of course my hunting bud/best friend's Dad killed one on our Ga. lease years back that was on the downhill slide and still scored 146. Processor guessed it at 8 1/2 yrs old.
6" bases, 24" outside spread, palmated on both main beam tips as wide as your hand.
My buds Pop told him to just saw the antlers off at the skull cap.

Processor begged him to skull/shoulder mount it...his reply..."Can't eat the horns!"
