Kai is 8 months old.
There are plenty of gsp breeders in la, but not many with good hunting pedigrees.
For dogs in the south, you need to go to Texas to find one with good hunting blood
Kai came from Wildrose GSP in north Texas.

Love these dogs, I think I'm going to pull the trigger on one soon. I have a massive yard for one to run, just worried about having time to train it.

Can you or anyone else recommend a good breeder in LA? I don't really need it to have good hunting pedigree.

Born May 30th. He'll be 8 weeks on Saturday and we pick him up Sunday. Pretty sure that Cletus is the name that the kids picked for him. Apologies in advance for the script across the pic....my daughter's instagram or something like that. Don't take my man card bro.

Great looking dog man. Steve is great. You'll be happy with his work with her.

My boy doesn't weigh much more than that. He has a bigger frame than her. He eats so much but just stays slim. Vet always checks his weight and says he's healthy but is too skinny. I'll see if I can find a good picture.

She looks like my girl kinda. Lola is 7 now and is a great dog......thinks she's a damn lap dog tho.

It will need a good bit of time when you aren't working for the first 2 years. After than they calm down a good bit...

Louis (Louie) - got him out of Poplarville, MS. Would have to look on his papers to get the name of the breeder, but found them on MS Sportsman. Breeder claimed that he came from a line of hunters, but had no interests in field trials, haven't attempted to hunt him, but he shows the drive regardless.
Has been a great pet, and part of our family. He is beyond loyal, almost to a fault and is very patient with my son, but is very high energy, and requires lots of attention, just turned 2 this month.
