Anyone know when it typically goes on sale at Lowes, Home Depot, Costco, Sam's, etc or any other places that sell it for a decent price?

You most likely won't see mulch at Sam's or Costco for another 5-6 months. Not sure if/when Lowe's or Home Depot would discount theirs

It doesn't really go on sale. Just make regular trips to Lowes looking for busted bags. They sell them for a huge discount.

The rubber mulch? I do that with their concrete all the time.
