My 65 leaked water all over, thank goodness it was in the garage. I called Rtic's customer service and they told me to send them an email with a picture describing the issue, and they would send me a return label to exchange my defective cooler. I will keep you guys posted

I did find that the molded part of drain hole where gasket seals against, is rough. Thats where leak is.
Going on 24 hrs with $1 #4 drain plug on inside with zero water leak.

Did you fill the cooler all the way up or just enough to cover the drain?

2 cases, two bags of ice been there since 3pm Sunday. We never made it to my beer It leaked within a couple of hours. #4 plug added Monday at 6pm and no leaks since plug added as of 6am. Im also doing test to see how long ice lasts.

I put water in mine and tested to make sure it didn't leak. Still ordered those plugs just in case. Will be nice to have the peace of mind.

I turned my lunchbox upside down full of water last night and no leaks but I have a couple of hard and soft waiting at home I need to test. Is RTIC publically traded? I may need to buy some stock lol
