We are planning a big family/friend get together on Grand Isle in June. I need some recommendations on which captain or guide service I should hire - inshore and offshore. There may be up to a dozen people that want to go.

Thanks!

Captain Keith "Herk" Bergeron w/Pair-A-Dice Charters .....985-860-7855 check him out. He lives across the street from my camp on the island, and i know he's good.

also check out Capt. Ryan Dicharry at reel addiction charters. Fished with him a bunch and he is a good guy.

If you have that many you'll need a few boats for inshore. Call Herk as suggested and Capt. Frank Drehr with Laid Back Charters.

I haven't personaly, but all I've heard are good things. I would recommend him for offshore and like others have said, Herk is good for inshore.

Good food and great beer. Home with the kids by 4:30. We missed you but it was probably too tame for y'all anyway.

Gonna miss it man.

We should add this topic (charter rec's) to the Ultimate stickied thread, since it comes up pretty often. I'm also interested in inshore recommendations anywhere from Lafitte down to Grand Isle. Since we'll be going in May, I'd like to fill a chest with shrimp for the return as well.
