haha yea he went Monday I think and bought it. just paying for it Friday. he said he's paying cash because he would be too tempted to buy the biggest baddest one in there if he financed lol

Doesn't have to be, you can get a ticket for not having it registered however likely that is, I have never heard of anyone getting a ticket

Only if you are going on public land and get popped by LDWF for some reason. I purchased my dad's ATV in Georgia and registered it in Florida, as its a one time fee. LA is almost like a car you have to pay registration every two years or something. Florida is a one and done registration.

All our ATVs purchased have never been registered in LA. My parents live 15 min south of New Orleans. Never had any issues in the past.
