I'll be in BR in 2 weeks and would like to take my dad fishing for a day. Can anyone recommend an inshore charter captain/guide that can put us on the fish?

Thanks and greetings from Charleston SC where the specs are biting anything and everything this month.

This guy is the best. Just stayed in his lodge in Buras this week (fished in my buddy's boat), and he was putting his out of state clients on some really big trout and bull reds, all on plastic.

Fished with Cpt Johnny once, and we caught an arse load of trout very quick. He is prob one of the best in the shell beach/hopedale area, with some nice boats and a nice lodge.

Captin Don Bordelon out of Fourchon. Nicest man and will take his time with you bait your hook and put you on fish and will tell you the truth. When to come and when not to.

Can't beat Dumas or Dudley on lake P.

Capt. Jack at Sweetwater in Delacroix is also a good guide with top notch accommodations.

Don't say the N word around any of those people around New Orleans. They all mixed people.

Plus his daughter is pretty hot.

Yeah you right.

His grandson is one of those freak kids that could do pull ups until 'you' got tired of watching him when he was 7.

He's a freak athlete.
