Places to shoot in lake charles/sulphur area

I'm about to move there, are there any decent safe outdoor ranges for rifle and pistol?

Yeah they have the gun club south of town. Rifle, pistol, skeet, sporting clays. Its on Ward Line Road.

Hunters Supply on Kirkman has an indoor pistol range.
I think another place in Sulphur opened one up too.
LC Gun Club is only spot outdoors that I know of for skeet or sighting in your rifle.

Action Arms is the place in Sulphur that just opened up a few months ago.

if you don't want to join, it's $10 to shoot for the day.
also as said before action has an indoor pistol range and it doesn't matter the caliber, magnum or not as long as it's a pistol.

Lake charles cun club hours are 8am-3:30pm mon-fri for non members. 5am-10pm mon-sun for members. Membership is $150, or $100 for military, police, or fire personnel

Chrisman when you get down here let me know. TopWater and I used to go and shoot every once and a while. I honestly like shooting trap and skeet bc you and a buddy can man the whole thing and get plenty of shooting in.

Just got down here, looking toward to checking out the different facilities! Is there steel to shoot at the outdoor club?
