Curious if anyone has ever put their ammo in one of these. It's air and water tight seal wise... Any thoughts? I have an extra one so I was trying to decide what to do with it.

It's the 1450 case... Could probably hold 1000 rds of 223/556.

I've been contemplating buying a pelican case for shotshells. I need to figure out which one would be the best size.

I have the 1750 and can fit 3 shotguns in it

When I hunted big water I used a mid size pelican case to carry up.to 4 boxes of shells. We were guaranteed to get wet and the pelican case did it's job

My SHTF long term storage ammo I actually vacuum sealed before I stuck it in a waterproof ammo box.

Never even thought about vacuum sealing ammo. I do have a food saver now, guess I need to get to work.
