Been trying to checkout a Pistol lower since Saturday. Can't get past the shipping section in checkout. I called them and they said they were having issues. I asked if they could check me out over the phone and was told no. Apparently they can't do phone orders over the phone.

Their website has issues regularly. You would think a company that does the majority of their business online would have a better website.

So there are other ways to making phone orders?

Have you tried a different web browser or in incognito mode? Sometimes website issues stem from cookies.

I have tried 3 different browsers from 2 different machines plus my phone. Incognito doesn't work either. I talked to them and they know they have issues.

might have to turn off ad blockers. they typically block pop-ups that are basically "confirmation" windows.

chargeback via your card's bank. they'll find that order if they want to keep their money.

The page with their cart has a very slow progressive load feature that pissed me off last time I got something from there. I had to get used to just going to the page and waiting for it to do its stupid thing.

I tried to go through the process with Chrome in Incognito mode. If it doesn't work with that then it ain't gonna work.

The problem is one I click checkout and it goes to Shipping. The shipping button is just Blue and won't do anything. Looking through the java code in Chrome devtools. They have a broken HTML link to an outside third party verification tool.

I've ordered from them (guns and ammo) 6-7 times over the last 15-18 months. I've never had an issue.

Same here. Have spent way too much at PSA over the years and no issues whatsoever.

Must be the high traffic after the shot show. I’ve never had an issue with any purchases on their website. The website is usually quick and efficient.

The issue ended up being something wrong with my user account. They deleted the account. Once I re did tge account it worked.

I've never had a problem purchasing anything from their website.

I know a couple of people that work in their JJE offices and they say almost every problem their customer service reps encounter are user-end related. Usually multiple bad PW attempts or failure to toggle the consent box. Others are bad FFL shipping addresses or shipping to a local FFL that may be having issues with their renewals, expired FFLs, etc. I've never experienced that problem because I have all my FFL orders shipped to their Fernandina Road main store and I pick it up there but I have been told that's an issue sometimes.
