Chili dogs, funyuns, and beer. Don't complicate things. If you want to be adventurous throw in some cole slaw from the rouses deli.

Baby backs with Jamaican jerk rub and stick of butter,
wrap in tin foil and leave one end open.
Pour in 12oz beer, close end.
When almost done, open and cover in bbq sauce and pepper jelly. Enjoy!

Very easy to make and low maintenance. Its fuggin delicious too

Steak and vidalia onion Fajitas on toasted tortillas.

Sirloin steak(or higher grde if you want) , seasoned with Kosher salt, cracked pepper, and a little butter, cooked on high heat until medium - med rare.

Thick Slice Red bell pepper and Vidalia onion, and throw in cast iron skillet on said high heated grill. Season with salt and pepper and Sear until al dente on Highest Heat possible, want a little char on the vegetables.

Toast flour tortillas on grill.

To serve slice steak against the grain and combine with roasted vegetables and put on tortillas.
Garnish with cilantro, Green chile salsa, and sour cream and maybe roasted corn if you feel like it.

Drink Dos-Xx with a lime… it will kill.
