My 3 yr old says y'all are a bunch of babies.

You'd be amazed how many grown men call it that.

No, I wouldn't. That's why I posted.

Sorry she died so young, tenfoe.

In reality, I'm glad there aren't really many venomous snakes around my house. She catches everything (bugs, lizards, turtles, and snakes) and I'd probably worry a lot if there were a real danger. We talk about not picking up snakes unless I say it's ok, she agrees not to do it, then wife calls while I'm at work freaking out because there's a garter snake and a box turtle in the bathtub somehow. I'm not gonna whip her for catching a garter snake.

If you've ever tried, you know how hard it is to catch a fence lizard. She manages to catch them and tame them.

When my oldest was about 10, she caught a whole bunch of frogs and put them in a box. She then put her 8yo sister in the box.
To help her get over her fear of frogs supposedly.

They can be tamed? Had no idea. We don't have those I don't think. There's something like that in the piney woods though.

My kid loves animals. She's had frogs and a corn snake for years. She's 8 now.

Some people call them pine lizards. Eastern fence lizard is real common name though.

Bugsm lizards, geckos, and turtles are all on the lost of shite my 4 year old loves. Snakes not so much,, me screaming like a 7 year old girl when I see one probably warped him.
Your little girl may be a reptile whisperer.

I really enjoy snakes and try to catch them when I see them. I just hate moccasins and water snakes. I just wouldn't give somebody a hard time for killing one because the don't like them cause I'm the same way about spiders.
