You dont have to apologize man, I just wish I had the funds to join in

I think your estimates are pretty spot on, ammo, scope, Pmags are worth 200 right now. But it never hurts to low ball, nothing to lose really. I think you can build PSA for a little less than 1k, so maybe someone else can follow up with the price of the actual rifle. See if they go 1900/2k, or see what Carson and the rest think

That PSA AR was $850-$900 3 weeks ago if I'm not mistaken

Yeah, I know, but I figure with the current state of everything, the lack of magazines and ammo, its not too shabby. I expect for the people selling them to make a little money so, if I have to pay 2-300 more just for the rifle then so be it. The last 3 AR lowers I was trying to get were gone before I could meet the sellers.

As long as you understand that and are OK with it, then you just decide if that's worth your money.

I am trying to build right now, and if nothing happens with this proposed ban, I'll prolly sell to buy me a Jack orTAR. And if ssomething is banned, least I have one weapon!

Yeah, guess I'll keep on the lookout for a stripped or complete lower. The last 2-3 that were sold pissed me off bc I talked to the guys first but they all sold it after I talked to them...bastards.

I built basically the same rifle but with a Geisselle SSA trigger, minus the magpul grip (I have the BCM grip with Magpul ctr stock). I am almost positive that I have maybe $900 in it, give or take.

It has a 14.7" fn barrel with 1:7 twist

Wouldn't this need a stamp as a short barrel? I thought 16" was the minimum, or is it 14.5"?

The barrel has to be 16" overall, so with a 14.7" barrel the flash hider would have to be "permanently" installed making it 16" overall.

Needs to be pinned and spot welded over the pin to meet BATF regs as "permanent".

Had my friend call from the gun show in Longview,TX.

She could've bought a Frontier all polymer AR for 2K, no paper.
RRA for 2k, from a dealer.

They passed on both, although I didn't think the RRA was horribly above market.

Depends. My 300BLK has a 14.7" barrel but, the flash hider is pinned therefore not considered an SBR.
