How in the frick does Drake waterfowl company purchase something like McAlister, throw it in the dumpster and light it on fire?

Its really some sad shite.

I've got some McAlister stuff that is 15-20 years old that I use all of the time. With the exception of my Drake vest, all my drake stuff leaks, has busted zippers, and just generally hasn't held up.

Yup.

Literally ran the company into the ground. Some of the "new" drake stuff now are actually the Mcalister designs I think. I saw a field jacket the other day at bowies.... Right at $400 and it looks like the old mcalister field jacket. They have the Jac shirts too. But yes very disappointing to demolish a quality clothing company like that. You can still find a few mcalister pieces on some sites, but not much.

Polar Pop and I were texting about this just the other day. All my drake gear sucks and the few banded things I have bought are doing great. I hate the giant red "b" on the banded stuff, but I'll get over it if they keep producing quality stuff.

Yes Abercrombie was once a premier outdoor gentleman's clothing line before they went hipster fig.

Too bad your credibility is shot to shite, that's an interesting little fact no one will believe due to the source.
