Not much of a Pontoon guy, but my friend's new Aqua Patio is amazing

Usually pontoons look all the same to me. Friend of my wife's dropped by the lake house today on their new Aqua Patio 250 XP. Not new new they got it at the beginning of the summer and I've passed them on the lake and seen it before but this is the first time I've gotten in it and spent any time on it.
I've never heard of Aqua Patio but this thing way nicer than any other pontoon I've ever seen before. Tritoon with a 300hp Yamaha we hit 40+mph on the GPS at one point. Seats were amazing. Dang captain's chair looked like something James T Kirk would be jealous of. I don't know exactly what they paid for it but it was "around" $70k. I didn't know you could spend that much on a pontoon. Now that I've spent the day in it... I know why someone would spend that much on it.
It was this one except theirs was in black and yellow.

I'm renovating a pontoon boat right now
it won't be anywhere near as plush as that but I am looking forward to some booze cruising

This thread made me hop over to a boat selling site and put in motor boats that I could buy under 75k......
There is ZERO chance I would even consider that pontoon. To each his own, but I bet that thing losses value quick

My son (7yo) asked me where the live well was. I told him it didn't have one. He just shook his head and said "nice boat but why couldn't they put a live well in it?"

About three years ago there was one at the outdoor show with twin 300s on it.
Sales guys had vids of a demo hitting 70.5 mph on GPS.
