The guy I follow on YouTube is catching on his. Can't figure out where he is. I think close to Lowes.

We are up in San Miguel. My dad left today to get up there. I am hoping this last two weeks so I can get in on the action.

Caught 6 this morning and my buddy decided to stop fishing early to go for white perch tonight. Lake was crazy with waves.

Caught all the fish but one on OL Monster Candy Bug and a 1/8 weight. I know that don't go together lol. Had we stayed in that cove we would have caught more but you know that goes. Some people have to hit the rough water. Stayed under the bridge until almost midnight caught about 12 white perch. 2 were over a pound easy. Sleeping in tomorrow. I'll let you know what's up when we start fishing.

Caught 6 yesterday. Only 5 keepers. Missed about another half dozen. Fished blue lake and around north state park. There were probably a thousand boats in blue lake. We flipped the bushes until the cows came home. Then we decided to try deep because we figured the high pressure might have pushed them back out. Caught all of them in 10-20 feet of water on a watermelon senko. Nothing big.

Got here at about 2 today and started fishing. Ended up with 4 keepers and 2 throwbacks. Lost two more that would have kept. Windy as shite.

Did you Carolina rig the senko or what? How did you keep it on the bottom?

Tx rig with a 3/8 oz bullet weight. I didn't feel like rigging up a Carolina so I just threw on a heavier weight. It got it down there good enough. One thing to note, almost every bite came after bumping stumps or grass down deep. The electronics certainly helped us.

My buddy at work finally caught his 10lber yesterday. He's fished hard for one for the past two years. Happy for him to catch it. Caught about 10 keepers with smallest being 2.5. All in jigs

Fished the Negreet Creek area, ended up with 17 keepers, smallest 2.1 & largest 6.8. Not a lot of traffic in the area, but was still tough.

Fished Housen. Caught 13. My 2 bigs were 7.8 and 7.5. We had one more over 6 and one over 5. Carolina rig watermelon red fluke on 5-15 foot of water
