My shoulder is usually behind the B pillar, and 1) Tundra seats don't do that and 2) steering wheel doesn't go low enough to let me see over

Very true. With that said, I really don't have anything bad to say about my Tundra. They are thirsty though.

I have owned several Chevy/GMC pickups and wife has owned several Tahoe's and Yukon's. They were ok and we put a lot of miles on them. When things did go wrong GMC's customer service was terrible, to the point where I will never own a GMC product again.
I now have a 2013 Tundra dbl. cab, 4wd. and I love it. I have a bad back and this truck is the most comfortable vehicle I've ever owned. e just got back from a trip to Hoover, Al. and ave. 17mpg and that was moving.
The Tundra dbl. cab back seat is big enough for adults to sit in and both the rear doors and windows operate. This was a selling point for me.
I'm sure Fords are fine trucks I just haven't owned one.

On the new crew cab Tundras, the back seat flips down, and not like you think. The back part lays on the seat part and that's it.

Now I'm not sure if I couldn't figure it out, or the three salesmen couldn't figure it out, or what, but it is idiotic. I've never seen a truck like that

I have a 2014 Silverado 1500 and love it, it's comfortable gets 15 to 17 mpg depending on how I drive it and is the best looking imo.

My company truck is a 2011 F150 and I don't dislike it but it isn't as comfortable and it feels smaller, gets 14 mpg.

that's about as objective as you can get...the man uses both daily

Alright everyone, I am in the market for a pickup truck and have currently narrowed down to the Tundra, Sierra, and F150

F150 or Tundra, in that order.

And I drive a Sierra.

I have a 14 Tundra and the set folds up to the seat backs. I don't know if they changed it for 15, but don't see why they would.

The seat bottom just flips up against the back part. Pretty much like every other truck nowadays.

2014 F-150

This.

The 2014 F-150s were the last year of the "old" F-150 body style, which I liked better than the new look. The last year of an old body style is good because they've works out any kinks and perfected it. Plus, there are a ton of great deals to be had for 2014s still on dealer lots. I ran across an unused 2014 King Ranch 4x4 listed for $41k not too long ago and almost pulled the trigger, and I wish now that I had.

Ended up testing a Tundra today. Really enjoyed how it rode but I couldnt care less for the salesmen at Price LeBlanc. We discussed trading in my Lexus and he decided to "crunch some numbers". He said before my trade in, with the "Special One Day Only Memorial Day Sale" that I walked out the door with the sticker price. And he was like "Just imagine, if you trade in, you could be under our invoice cost!" I looked at him with a blank stare, thought "this dude thinks I am a retard" and walked out.

Stay Yot Life and get the Tundra?

Someone said apples and oranges, but you need to remember that one is made with rivets and glue.

Wait for the 2016 F150... Because of this alone if you tow anything frequently: Backup Assist

If you're willing to take a drive to Slidell, go to Toyota of Slidell and ask for Aaron Blum. Tell him Chris Daniel sent you. Good friend of mine.
