Rumor in regards to what? Environmental aspects? He is sounding like there is a mass cover up of a large animal kill.

Like I said I don't know what he is referring to. And as much as I hate it when people talk as if they know something but cant't say what they know, that's honestly the boat I am in. My hands are tied. I will check out now but just know that a court case against BP is still ongoing

Understand, to be honest its probably already been brought up on here. This thing has been discussed to death over the years on TD.

Not the same thing. The geographic and temporal concentration of the spill combined with the dispersant use results in completely different fate and transport of the oil than with natural seeps.

Apparently I didn't lace that post with quite enough sarcasm.

What is the deal with your hard-on for the BP spill? Did you not get a cut of the settlement money or something? You seem to be hell-bent on pushing environmental propaganda regarding the spill that blames every biological inconsistency on the oil spill.

Did the spill suck? Yes. Did it affect the ecosystem? Yes. Is it the cause for everything that has changed in the past five years? No. Get off your soap box.

No, didn't file a claim to second to address your questions to me from above. All I did was link to newspaper articles that discuss issues that could impact the fishery in our area. I didn't add any commentary other than cutting & pasting a couple of scientific observations quoted in those articles.

No soapbox but unlike you I do think environmental factors impacting out fishery are something of interest to many people on this forum otherwise no one would have read this thread.
